Downloading
and using Adobe Acrobat Reader Follow the instructions on Adobe's web site
to download and install Adobe Acrobat Reader. Once this program is
installed, it has an extensive "Help" file which tells you how
to use the program. If you have Acrobat Reader before you download the kit
- you should be able to double click on the icon for the kit and it
will automatically open in Adobe Acrobat Reader. You shouldn't have to do
anything special within the Reader program to view the kit or follow
hyperlinks.

to Top If you installed Adobe Acrobat Reader after you downloaded the kit or ebook, your computer may ask you which program you'd like to use to open the files--if so, choose "Adobe Acrobat" to open the kit or ebook. If this doesn't work--go to your Start menu--click All Programs--click Adobe Acrobat--click Acrobat Reader. Once Acrobat Reader is open--click File (in the menu bar)--click Open (in the pull down menu)--then browse for the kit or ebook file on your Desktop (or wherever you saved it)--then choose or highlight the file named 9.1.1 Infidelity Emergency Kit.pdf or Infidelity Crisis: How to Gain Forgiveness and Respect After Your Affair.pdf and click Open. If you have missing pages (the pages are blank), or you get an error message stating that the file is damaged/encrypted then either 1) you need to update to a more recent version of Adobe Acrobat Reader (this is the most common problem), or 2) your download failed. See Downloading and using Adobe Acrobat Reader (above) to download and install an updated version of Reader. Then try opening the pdf files again. If this doesn't work, your download probably failed. If this is the case, email us immediately and we will provide you will an alternate link to re-download the kit and bonus ebook.
If you do not find the kit or ebook file by doing a search--and you are sure you searched your C and D drive--then you probably didn't download it/them. If you left clicked on the kit or ebook link--or right clicked and then clicked Open (instead of Save Target As)--then the kit or ebook file probably was not saved or downloaded onto your computer. If this is the case, email us immediately and we will provide you will an alternate link to re-download the kit and bonus ebook.
The links in this kit are tested on a regular basis - if the links do not work, the web site may be experiencing technical difficulties - skip this link and try it again at a later time.
